Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Su Nail Beauty. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are here to help with our return and exchange policy.

Returns:

  • You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@sunailbeauty.com to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to availability. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the exchanged item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@sunailbeauty.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
